According to the graph, more time is being spent on the wii over the entire population. It does this by computing all the total minutes over the scope of the population and dividing the total by it.

People who own PS3 and 360 play more, but there are simply less consoles and therefore less gaming minutes total.

I wrote above how many minutes the average users play
