I have this bonus disc as well. Unfortunately, Nintendo didn't do proper quality assurance on the emulation of Majora's Mask on gamecube, so the game sometimes locks up, especially in the village, but it can happen other places as well. Very frustrating in a game where you save quite rarely, it happened a couple of times I had to play almost a whole 3-day sequence over again because of a lock up. Therefore I've used my N64 to replay this game, even tho the graphics are sharper in the gamecube port. Hopefully they fixed this lock-up issue in the Virtual Console release.
