I just realized, you don't like Gears? Have you tried it?
There's also that new Alan Wake game coming out sometime.
Here's a thought, wait until E3 and see what is announced there. It's only a few weeks away and I remember hearing that Microsoft is supposedly going all out at E3. After E3 is over I'm sure you'll have a way better idea of whether you want to keep the console or not.
Then again, lets look at it from a futuristic perspective. Do you need to sell the 360 to get cash for something else? Are you financially not as stable as you wish you were, so you want to sell "excess" things?
If not, then I'd say you should keep the 360. You never know what games will come out somewhere down the line from now that you really want to play, and you won't have a 360. At that point you'd either miss out on those great games or you'd have to rebuy a 360, which would mean you wasted money on selling the 360 in the first place.
