I don't know 750k I suppose. The biggest road block to the Tales franchise selling a consistent 1 million plus worldwide is Namco. They don't advertise Tales titles in North America which hurts sales. In Europe, they don't publish the games themselves and the titles usually come out well after the games release in other territories.
Given how well the series sells in Japan, there is no excuse for it not to hit a 1 million. However, franchise gets no support from Namco outside of Japan. Maybe the light bulb goes off over at Namco and they's actually give the game heavy ad support in North America and a timely localization in Europe....I wouldn't hold my breath though.
