I dislike RE5 for many reasons, but in the end it's an "OK" action game. I will say this, Gears 2 was scarier than RE5, and Gears 2 didn't scare me at all. RE5 was a bore fest and is nothing like the originals, and I could care less about ever playing it again. It was fun playing online co-op, but that was just for the co-op experience, which I can get with plenty of other better amazing shooter games.
It makes sense story-wise that the enemies are getting smarter and better and more human-like, but that doesn't mean I enjoy it as much as the originals. It's not even remotely close to the original games in any way, so bleh!
"Fear you can't forget." Yeah, I can't forget something that was never there. Clever, Capcom!!
