and no i'm not a part of team rocket, they never succeed in stealling anything. Atleast team Glactic succeeded in stealing a bunch of pokemon before being foiled by... what are the names of the characters in D/P/Plat?

 

Well, it's not explicitly written, but since they're both turtles, they must have evolved from some ancestor pokemon, making them related genetically.

Funny I've always used Fire or Grass (Bulbasar Blue, Charmander Red, Chikorita Silver, Torchic Saphire, Chimchar Pearl) but I used the water pokemon in Platinum
