GTA 4/GTA 5 - impossible
GTA spinoff - quite possible

But Rockstar has a high standard for their games, so it will definitely be the most expensive Wii game ever and anything below 5 million sales would be a failure. (They could make a HD spinoff for more money, but with almost guaranteed 10 million sales)
