So more the time pass and more cheaper the medium get. It is on the shoulders of the consumer to choose the best size/cost ratio to his needs.

It shouldn't be affected at all, since it temporarily copies it to the Wii's memory.  It only takes a second to do this, and then you're technically playing it from the Wii like we always have.

But it will likely take a few seconds to copy the game to the Wii, and then delete it at the end. Nothing too long, though: doing that right now never took me more than fifteen seconds for the Strongbad games.

 

Yes, you do have to copy it to the Wii, but he was asking about performance, which I took to mean how well it runs during gameplay.
