I would be very keen to know how much the Wii actually costs to make . I read an article a while ago which stated that although the Wii wasn't very powerful, the extremely low power consumption and efficiency of the parts meant that they weren't that cheap to produce. i.e. it wasn't as simple as pricing Gamecube parts today and multiplying by two. Certainly, that may just have been PR spin but nonetheless it makes me curious.
