Ah, okay - as long as it's not a guaranteed or even that sure of a kill, fine. If there's one thing I hate the most in fighting games, it's (almost) safe 0-death combos or moves.
From what I can see, Brawl+ is built as an achievers game, to highlight skill differences over all others, and I can understand that. But it kinda undermines Brawl+:s status as a party game IMO - since skill is emphasized more than before, people with more experience or time can thrash their less enthusiastic friends more easily than before, since the game becomes far more unforgiving (faster, more combos, much easier to die) and harder to get a grip on.
And like I said, it's geared for competitives which pretty much kills it for me, since most of my friends either don't care enough or don't have the time to train. And playing the CPU isn't that great, even though its Luigi has become really keen on punishing me with Dragon Punches for some reason.
Despite that, I don't really mind the fact that the competitives are modding Brawl to suit their own tastes - hell, PC gamers have been doing it for years. As long as you're not imposing your playing style on anyone else or slighting other people because they like to play differently, you can turn Brawl into a giant volleyball game for all I care.
