Physx has been available for use on all 3 consoles for a long while either directly from nVidia or through certain game engines that utilized it (Emergent's Gamebryo for instance).
What this does it allow ALL registered Nintendo Wii developers to download the Physix SDK for free without having to buy a license from nVidia or rely on specific game engines.
