For Sony....it's not as flattering, but yes I guess congratz. The 360 has had far more hills to climb than the 360. It has also had much more resistance worldwide and persistance helped it through.

I was going to point that out as well. The sequel and the PSP release also sold considerably less copies. And putting into consideration the PS3 has far less owners who knows how many it will actually sell.

 

 The PS3 survives off of the Sony name; MS has worldwide bias, so it's only logical that one would feel the sales are lackluster. Sony knew they would have lower sales than normal and risked the future marketshare and sales.
