Microsoft seem to be under the impression that if they release a game and get timed exclusivity, it won't sell on the other console and will profit Microsoft in the long run. It makes sense to me. I don't know if Microsoft would be dumb enough to not have exclusivity of Halo 3 but then again, we all thought Ninja Gaiden 2 was going to stay on the 360.

Yeah, good point. I can't believe Microsoft sold the Ninja Gaiden franchise to Tecmo like that. They're surely going to sell Halo next. After all, it's not like it sold over 9 million copies and is their primary system seller, or anything.
