What is the longest a console been on the market without a price cut? I mean is Wii breaking that record as well?
I mean I don't think many people really grasp how historical Wii's sales performance really is. I didn't really put it into context until I read the Source's side note, about Wii selling over 600-700k in every month minus july and some other month. While we take this for granted now, PS2 only did it in the month it dropped its price 100$.
I agree with Sharifad, really. I don't even think it will be any type of obstalce for the Wii to outsell the PS2.

If the Wii sells less than 20 million in 2009 (as defined by VGC sales between week ending 3d Jan 2009 to week ending 4th Jan 2010) Slimebeast wins and get to control Arius Dion's sig for 1 month.
