since you are saying "average" this includes the upper management and CEOs. I can't say, I don't know the information.
Now, the average new employee most definitely makes minimum wage. If you work there long enough, I could see making maybe twice minimum wage as a store manager.
Is it enough to live off of? well, sure, but you won't have much. If you are fine with that, go right ahead. Honestly you could make more by doing some other menial task. When I was 16 I used to make between $7 and $30/hour working as a steel worker and it didn't take much training at all, just a bit of good work ethics.
