Yeah...I think you're right.  It's about time we all take acountability for our actions.  I think you should give him his money back and give him his rightful ban.

Ban him anyway. There's no amount of money that he could have given you which would warrant you not giving him at least a three month time out.  Besides, maybe then he would have the time to get back to his truly sarcastic self and create the one thread to rule them all.
