Back in September, I bought an original DS model off someone on Craigslist for $50, with Brain Age, Mario Kart DS, and a Sudoku game included (Craigslist and Ebay can be considered similar imo, except one is done mainly in person while the other is online). But point being, it wasn't perfect, but it was in good condition. So it depends. Used can be ok, you just need to read the seller's feedback and see if they are trusted and thoroughly read the item's description.
