there is a system built into the website to share PSN ID's, XBoxLive Gamertags, and Wii Friend Codes.
Just go to Edit Profile->Codes/Tags/IDs and enter yours. Once you do that you can view other peoples profiles and click "request code" for the code you want to share. it lets them know you are going to send a friend request their way.
So no, I'm not going to sticky this, as it has already been created before anyways.
EDIT: sorry, made a slight mistake, I fixed the above about sharing codes.
