well, I only have 1 controller at the moment, but if she likes playing 1 player at all I'd drop the money on a second controller.

That's the spirit! If there was ever a game that deserved to be played in local multiplayer, it's LittleBigPlanet. It can be almost unbelievably fun some times!

the wife likes the game so far. She has some problems with the 3 planes and moves in between them all the time on accident. So I'm off to find a cheap PS3 controller
