How would you know that the 360 is the lead? It makes more sense if the lead was the PC.

They would have started working on the Xbox version first and then started working on the PC version afterwards, which is why it would be lead on 360. I know it is using the UE3, but I assume they would optimise it for the game, so they would have started that work on Xbox first, because they would have started working on it before the PC original was even released
