IGN gives GTA:Chinatown Wars a 9.5!!!

It's a 95/100 at Metacritic after 12 reviews. So for now it's the highest rated DS game, a full 3 points higher than Chrono Trigger.

But yeah, IGN will gobble up anything that says GTA on it.
