jokes aside I really was damn angry and punched my desk several times (which led into some minor injuries)

I almost bit through the game disk....

Maybe you bit through your game disk and then put it in the 360. That may have screwed up your copy. Other than that, I'm not sure what your gripe is other than an overload of awesome to the brain. Burnout Paradise has been known to do that.

I'm sure I got a cursed copy.... like AVGN's Super Mario Bros 3
