PSP isn't under tracked, global shipments were 50m through January. They overshipped in the Dec 2008 quarter.
PS2 isn't at 150m either. Even if you add production shipments to unit sales to retailers (shipments) PS2 is only at 140m, and through December unit sales to retail were only 137m per Sony's announcements.
People are difficult to govern because they have too much knowledge.
