This BS is still going on? i wonder why they never attacked them when Grasshopper Manufacturer released No More Heroes. Suda mentioned he wanted to make it more gruesome than manhunt 2. As long as no dev releases a game with a AO rating then nintendo is cool with that, even MS and Sony wont allow an AO game.
