Yes, in actual fact, Square Enix wants their game to sell badly.
Of course Microsoft paid them! White Knight Chronicles, a new IP, did more on PS3 than an established franchise did on 360!
The game would have sold best on PS3, and if they wanted maximum sales, they would have made it multiplat.
