So basically this will be a step back in sheer power....
Another reason to hate HD consoles goes on my list.

Or you could blame the hundreds of thousands of pirates. Oh wait that would be too easy. Let's just hate the people who are buying their games legally.....

Vavle would liek to have a word on Piracy with you. Too lazy to find the article for such fail post, sorry.

But we're talking about Crysis and Crytek's CEO is not amused about piracy:

Even though your post failed more than mine I wasn't too lazy to find proof.

@ ssj12

I don't. Crytek does.

Crysis was a shitty game. I pirated it and didn't even finish, that to me is NOT worth the money. If they knew how to make good gameplay then maybe they'd be talking more liek Valve a la:

@ssj12

I'm just doing a shot in the dark here that because consoels will be able to use it that it will be the same thing we had nearly 2 years ago. Definitely not as big a jump as DOOM3, or Source, or UE2 were from their predecessors. Or even the jump from UE2 to UE3. CE3 seems like it will be CE2 with some optimization.

I see the jump being like UE2 to UE2.5 or UE3 to UE3.1

There was a UE2.5? Which games? (If it's any specific games then you can tell that it wasn't noticeable enough to be a new number, which apparently the devs didnt think it should be either. Don't know why CryTek is doing a CE3...)
