Yeah, the internet sure is full of serious business now-a-days isn't it? Although I did get a good chuckle out of those comments, seems they're still in the denial stage. Ah well, just prooves that VGChartz has the best community out there. 
Anywho, the GCN was definitely an interesting phase in gaming history, as it had the least aces up its sleeve (besides the Nintendo games and much cheaper price...). Heck, even the fabled Capcom 5 turned into the Capcom 1 (the only GCN exclusive being P.N.03), and other 3rd party support was pretty scarce (still waiting for Psychonauts). Still, it was a good console with some great games. I definitely enjoyed the ride, as did many others. But now it's Wii's time to shine, and it sure is shining.
