Well, the latest I+II remake is all but guaranteed to be (that's the second game referred to in the headline; Falcom is remaking those), but it's theoretically maybe sorta possible that VII will end up on PC?
Not that it matters much either way, since I don't own a PSP, and they don't localize their PC games outside of Japan. >=(
Edit: And this is the first time that one of Carmina's thread made some sense. She's slipping!
