Last year we thought the PS3 would own 2008 because of the MGS4 release. Most of us were wrong. MS took over after E3 2008. This year is starting out the exact same way. Sony needs to save some hot launches for 4th quarter 2009.

360s lineup is a joke compared to sonys

sony needs a cheaper ps3 sku and they will dominate in us an others

PS3 will get its price cut and that will boost sales. Sony's first party sports games are a running joke (Stick to 3rd party brands).The 360 is no slouch itself with 2 supposed "hot" titles that are going to be announced at E3, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell:Conviction, Halo Wars, Halo: ODST, Mass Effect 2, Ninja Blade (Which is actually impressing me alot), Champions Online, Huxley and more. You seem to forget that this year is more about taking in the PS3's storm than dealing damage. If the 360 can still sell well and pump out great games they just might get this year. E3 will give us a great view of the future. You know nothing right now. If the PS3 cannot take 2009 with all the advantages it already has....this gen is over for the PS3 as far as hopes of beating the 360.
