The boom of Mario kart and Wii fit was related to last year. Of course this year those titles will continue to sell, but the Wii needs something new. What frighten me is the fact that they release WiiSportsResort, it sells incredibly well, and Nintendo realizes they do not need to launch any new title for the holiday Season(just like the last year), they only invest on ads from WiiSports Resort and famous people playing Punch Out fot the Christmas and that's all.
