It's meh for me. Don't hate it, don't like it. Why? I have great shooters on the pc. I'd rather play cs or cod on my pc than just about any fps on the wii. I play competitively, and the Wiimote is too slow for my tastes, just like analog controllers are far too annoying for me to attempt fps on them.

The Wiimote is too slow? Maybe it's time you start working out those arms of yours. :P

I think you meant to say that the games' controls are too slow. It has nothing to do with the Wii remote. Have you seen videos of the Conduit on the highest sensetivity and response levels?

its not aiming for me as much as turning my view

metroid was awesome when i faced the right way, but going to the edge to look sideways is too clunky, move to far, and it stops tracking.

i definetly didnt buy my wii for fps.

Right, but in a few FPS games, including the Conduit, you can change the deadzone box for turning the screen (or whatever it's called). You can make it so that even the slightest movement with the remote will turn the screen, and you can also customize how fast the screen turns in the Conduit, I believe.

I believe that it's nothing wrong with the Wii remote that makes FPS games slower or less accurate than a mouse, but it's the way the game creators work with the control options. Shouldn't the Wii remote be able to control just as fast and accurate as a mouse, theoretically?
