Should do. It will almost certainly overtake MotorStorm and RFOM within a year, should overtake MGS4, could overtake CoD4, and most likely won't overtake GTA4.
GT5, if released this year, would break the top five easily. But it won't be released outside of Japan, so it'll probably have around 600k by year's end. By the end of 2010 it should be well above GTA4.
Same with Final Fantasy XIII. It releases in Japan this year, should see around 1.5 million by year's end, will break the top 5 by the end of 2010.
inFamous will likely be in the top 15, not the top 5.
Heavy Rain will be lucky to break a million 
LBP could do it, but it's unlikely. It'll cross 3 million easily, though.
