Actually I meant the diffrence between the sales of the old Metroids and MPH for the DS in Japan ... because I thaught that we are only taking in consideration DS games ... you know because PH is on the DS . Its true that MP and Zelda was never the best in Japan , but seeing that MP3 will stop under 2 million , depending how long legs it got , its sad , especially when simulators like Nintendogs are passing the 10 million mark . Im a Sony fanboy , but I can seriously say that both Metroid and Zelda are games that I would wish a lot to be able to play . Forget Mario or Kirby ... this two games are real masterpieces , and seeing that the sales are far wors than the new franchises ... or Marios , Im afarid that sooner or later Nintendo will make thsi two lest remaining hardcore forts softcore to .
kn : I know I saw your sig . I have to agree with you to , that its true , that most gamers like epic games on home consoles . Unfortunatly for me , because my all time traveling the only possibilities for gaming are my laptop and my PSP , so I often get a bit overprotective on portable gaming .
Also , It would be funny if the 2 best selling portable games of the year would be PSP games . As somebody mentioned , it would be interesting to see from all the semiflops , flops and mass RPGs to rise the 2 best selling handheldgames of the year , more excatly MHF2 and CC :P
