Street Fighter II or Street Fighter IV?

I made the same decision a month ago when I decided to buy Super Street Fighter II Turbo: HD Remix. I hadn't played street fighter in probably 5-6 years. Here were my reasons for a purchase

1) I'm familiar with Street Fighter II Turbo, so most things would be the same
2) It cost $15 compared to $60
3) I think SSFIIT:HDRemix looks a lot nicer

edit: oh, and if you get SSFIIT:HD Remix, add me on PSN and you can probably beat me with a few weeks of practice
