That includes Canada which insures the figure is at least 15.5m and probably closer to 16m through January. Even if Mexico is included I dont think PSP has launched in Latin America, so its difficult to imagine PSP over 16.2m in the Americas which is what we have for it through January. The same kind of thing is true in the other regions, where 'unit sales' as with Nintendo, Microsoft etc mean what the manufacturer is selling to stores.
