didn't receive ho oh from pokemon colosseum

colosseum. i did exactly what you are supposed to do, but i didnt get it. i dont know what happened. it sucks because i wasted a lot of time trying to get this pokemon but it didnt give it to me. i dont know what i did wrong. =/
