It's not really a case to complain per se, but to express disappointment yeah. They should have announced the genre of the game right off the bat, not set false expectations.
Again EA shows they have no clue how to handle marketing and hype.
For those who are complaining about Wii user's disappointment, understand that this has been happening with a lot of genres... Publishers have been milking their franchises on the Wii while making games that do no fit the franchises.
