I'd love to see the continued adventures of one Leon S. Kennedy 
Or the original three games remade with an over-the-shoulder view. Keep everything the same as the original games (scarce ammo, tough enemies, etc.), and maybe make their aim really shaky to make up for the fact that the enemies move so slow. It'd make sense, anyway, as they're supposed to be scared shitless.
