Saturation point doesn't mean there is stock, it means they are no sales; hardly the case. Apparently not everyone knows or can find them so readily since they are still going for $300-350 on Ebay.

My area may be one extreme. Just as people paying 300 to 350 on ebay (when they have been in stock on amazon and bestbuy.com go figure) may be the other. I just have a feeling that the true state of the Wii is somewhere in between. Nice steady sales, still highest of the consoles. This is the reason I asked about increased production in the first post. Nintendo could be producing twice as many Wiis as say 6 months ago. The demand is still high and that could account for such high sales numbers with units still sitting at retail. If they have not, then there could be a steady overtracking on the Wii with an assumption of near sale through.

Were the numbers shown for sold about 1 million higher that the total nintendo gave as shipped a few weeks ago? When dealing with such high sales I would be willing to bet that tracking the Wii/DS on a weekly basis is more like tracking software than hardware. There is probably a greater margin for error (up and down) than with the ps3 and 360.

Since you can readily get them and they are apparently rare in other places.  Buy a bunch up and sell them on EBay.  You can apparently get about at least a $50 profit on each one.
