Were looking pretty well like the stereotipical gamer, 95% of VG Chartz are guys and out of a Site Administrator/Moderator/GameDatabase Admin/Contributors/Poll Admins theres only 1 person thats a woman and its for the Game Database. I think we need to be recruiting some new women mods or even Site administrators.
