Ok, not exactly like this, there normally isn't toilet paper. It's pretty funny because if you go to a bar, you'll grab toilet paper from the counter before you go in. Anyways, since your squatting, you don't really have to worry about contact, but since the bowl is dry until you flush it, it sure does stink while you're in there. I don't mind them though, kind of adventurous.
