^They're a magazine, lol. They have a website, but it's pretty lame. They're reviewers with a messed up scale that Metacritic somehow decides to include despite their messed up scale. They should have an Edge > Normal reviewer chart like the Letter > Normal review chart, and hopefully more accurate.
