I was thinking about that as well: why not let Treyarch do the Wii version if IW isn't willing to work around the restrictions?
To be honest, I'm not that certain this whole statement is true. It's just something I heard, but I don't know the guy very well, so it could still be bullshit. I guess we have to wait for an official statement.
