This could be true. It could be old news. It could be BS.
But one thing is for certain, nothing that is being requested is not already done by others -- DLC, charging DLC, extra content, etc.
So it does not make much sense -- unless they don't fit the download restrictions. That size limit (per download) is why the Wii did not get the Jimi Hendrix song packs (because the estate would only allow them to be sold as packs -- which is how the PS3 and Xbox 360 handle things -- rather than individual songs -- which is how the Wii handles thigns).
Oh well, I wasn't waiting on this game anyway.
