@CGI - There is a BIG difference between being happy and obsessed :)~

One is positive and the other is destructive. I am here because I want to state my opinion just as he has done. Plain and simple

you don't like it?don't come in here and comment.this is a thread worthy news on a sales site for the KZ fans NOT YOU.

I never said ididn't like KZ2. I was stating facts that some people have an unhealthy obsession with this game that you don't really see with anything else.  I NEVER saw wii fans hyping super mario bros galaxy like this.  Nor did I see them hyping SSBB or MKWii like this.  The zeal and unbridled hatred for those who question the success of kz2 is unprecedented and frankly quite disturbing.

I must say I have the same feelings as CMoney.... this hype is huge... maybe too much, and it is too much related to its graphical capability (not coop, no strong focus on multiplayer...), where is the innovation I ask ?

But ok, It will be a commercial success for sure, I don't see any issues with that.

The question is, how do you define "impressive launch" ??

GOW2 (some people claim KZ2 cruches GOW2..) generated 2 millions copies worlwide on the first day(http://news.vgchartz.com/news.php?id=2496).

That is huge ! Is KZ2 also planned for a worldwide release ?

Comment (no excuses here) ?

KZ2 crushes Gears 2 in quality, not sales. It won't have Gears 2's marketing, its fanbase, or its console.

Having said that, after seeing the various budgets and preorder figures, I think 1 million week one is easy.
