So all tetris is now just Tetris.
Maybe you guys should put into perspective what Tetris is to begin with.
From where I am looking Tetris is a puzzle game where the game provides the tools to build your own content. A much less complex version of LBP I guess. The point of that game is to recieve a high score. The game doesn't even have an ending.
The game has to be put back into production each time it's brought to a new version on a different platform or whatever, that alone should constitute each game being different enough to not be counted as one united game.
The conversation is good though, because it is undeniable that Tetris is a game yet it throws into perspective what we thought games were to begin with.
Is the fact that one production of a game has a certain story and another product continues the first products story does this mean that the second product is a sequal in the sense that it's a sequal to a game or is it a sequal in some other termanology?
I'm Unamerica and you can too.
