Not much. It releases in March, right? That means they have a month to downplay it. MGS4 they'd been doing for at least a year, LBP for a good year as well, Killzone 2 for 3 and a half years, they managed to do some good work.
Besides, inFamous has nowhere near the level of hype of the three games I just mentioned. The next game on that scale would be God of War 3, I think. Then we'll get something about it being over-violent, gory porn. We'll see.
