I'm not going to make any particular guess as to the visual style of Zelda Wii - I don't expect a direct sequel, and I certainly don't expect a spiritual one, given that Twilight Princess was supposed to be the last of its kind.

I was not aware that Wind Waker had failed to meet expectations, given that it sold roughly on par with Link to the Past.

Maybe, but I think they could make a new kind of game and still make it a sequel - like they did with PH. Also, Aonuma still wants to better OoT, and as long as he has his mind set on the past, I wonder how original his games will be.

About TWW, I remember Nintendo saying they had expected more from TWW, particularly in Japan. Aonuma apparently considered leaving Nintendo because of it until Miyamoto set him straight. Twilight Princess' sales also dissapointed Miyamoto, but that was a while ago, and the game has continued selling, so who knows what he thinks today.
