Yes to the first, pre-order only to the second. It's why I bought it, and I really wish I hadn't. Can't say I'll miss Rare anymore after finishing that game. =P

 

Ouch! Was it really that bad? Obviously I've never played it, but I liked the N64 editions well enough (even if this one seems to have almost nothing in common with those).
