I don't know if SNES games work that well with GC controls, I downloaded Super Mario World and it just doesn't work with a GameCube controller, it just doesn't feel comfortable because of where the buttons are placed, I don't know if it's the same with A Link to the past though...

I guess, I played SMW with a GC controller, and it didn't work that well... it was hard to run becauseof the GCs different button layout. And for SNES games I think Classic Controllers work better.

I have no idea how it works with ALttP, they are really diferent games so it could be different. I think it has no problem...

 

But I would choose Ocarina, n64 games work naturally using GC controllers, and Ocarina is an awesome game...
